Terms & Conditions

Booking Process
When you book with Pauhunri Holidays, a contract is formed upon the confirmation of your tour, hotel, or other travel services, alongside the receipt of your booking request and deposit. All correspondence related to bookings or travel services should be directed to Pauhunri Holidays.

Payment Terms
To secure your booking, a 30% advance payment is required. The remaining balance will be divided into two payments: one at the start of your tour and another during the tour. The exact amount for the advance may vary depending on the service type and the time remaining before your travel date.

Payment Methods
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash at our office, or UPI. All payments must be free of any withholding taxes or deductions. Any bank charges incurred for the remittance (whether from the sending bank or intermediary banks) are the responsibility of the payer.

Right to Modify the Itinerary
Once the tour begins, it will generally follow the confirmed itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we may modify parts of the itinerary for the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Cancellation Policy and No-Show
If you wish to cancel your booking due to unavoidable reasons, written notice must be provided. Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your written cancellation request. The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7 to 8 days before arrival – 50% of the total cost.

  • 1 to 6 days before arrival or no-show – 100% of the total cost.

Please note that regardless of the cancellation timeframe, a minimum service charge of 10% will apply for any cancellations. If a cancellation occurs after the tour has begun, refunds will only be provided for recoverable amounts from hotels or other service providers, and unused services such as accommodation or meals will not be refunded.

Refund Process
Refunds for unused services will be calculated based on our cancellation policy, and the refund will be processed back to the person who made the original payment. Refunds may take 2–4 weeks due to banking processes. Any bank charges applicable to refunds to credit cards or bank accounts will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Liabilities and Limitations
Once the tour cost is finalized, any increases in monument fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, or other costs by local authorities may be passed on to the customer. Pauhunri Holidays acts solely as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other service providers, and all services are subject to the terms and conditions of these providers.

All itineraries are meant to give a general outline of the trip. Factors such as weather, road conditions, or participant fitness levels may cause itinerary changes before or during the tour. We reserve the right to alter the schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all participants.

The rates provided are based on current negotiations with suppliers. However, hotels and transport providers reserve the right to change rates, and we may adjust the prices accordingly.

Pauhunri Holidays will not be held responsible for delays or changes to the program, or any additional costs incurred due to factors such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, accidents, equipment breakdowns, weather conditions, sickness, political unrest, strikes, theft, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

We do not provide insurance for accidents, illness, theft, or other personal losses. It is strongly advised that visitors arrange for their own insurance to cover these risks. All personal property, including luggage, is at the traveler’s own risk.

Health and Safety
Travelers with contagious diseases will not be permitted to join the tour. If such conditions are identified during the tour, the affected individual will be asked to leave, and they must make their own arrangements for returning home.
